Is Crossroads a local company?

Yes, we are physically located just outside Dallas and serve all of North Texas; although, we will go anywhere, anytime we are needed.

What will this cost? 

Our rates are fair and reasonable and are typically much less than other companies in this industry.  We do not charge extra for night, weekend or holiday call outs.  We cannot give you an accurate quote without actually looking at the scene first and we don’t charge for residential (private) estimates.  You should always get a bid with a capped amount and not sign an open ended contract.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, check, property owners insurance (generally will cover cost of cleanup and restoration minus deductible), Crime Victim’s Compensation when applicable, and terms in certain circumstances.

Will you accept Crime Victims’ Compensation as full payment on homicides and assaults? 

Yes, unless decomposition is a factor, then the family or insurance is responsible for the balance.

When would you be available?

Our response time on scene is about an hour depending on location, unless we are on another call, then we will be there as soon as possible.

Can my friend/pastor make arrangements for cleanup?

Absolutely, we encourage you to delegate this task to someone you trust that will make clear and sound decisions.

How long will the cleanup take? 

Upon arrival and after assessing the situation, we will give you a quote and inform you as to how long it will take. It depends on severity and what needs to be done.  We have had jobs take from two hours to several days.

Does someone need to be present during cleanup?

No, it is not necessary, but the decision is totally up to you.

Will all the contents in the house need to be disposed of in decomposition cases? 

No, if a company tells you that, hang up the phone and call us.   With our guidance and techniques, the personal effects remaining in the home can be cleaned and deodorized.
