The Crossroads team arrived within an hour to the scene of a death. They were extremely professional and prepared with all the necessary equipment and chemicals and biohazard suits. Our tragedy involved gruesome details which they handled meticulously and with great sensitivity and experience and thoughtfulness. They took care of details I would never have thought of, and then they returned to check on things such as odor. They came back to show and explain things to an insurance adjuster. I could not have asked for more and feel so lucky that they were recommended. On top of all their professionalism, though, the main memory I have is how kind and considerate they were. RG

My brother was found dead in his home several days after his death. Our family was not only shocked by his death, but had to deal with the clean up of his home following this tragic event. Extremely Satisfied! We had an issue with a foul odor in the attic of our dental practice and as you know, it is imperative that a medical facility be impeccably clean and sanitary for the patients. Two pest control companies came out with no plausible results. We ended up having to shut down our practice for over a week at the inconvenience of our patients. After much research, I found Dale and Crossroads. They came out within an hour of my phone call and the problem had been located and remedied by that afternoon. I bought a house recently that, after taking ownership, had a VERY serious odor. I was told by the Seller’s Realtor that the house had been closed up for 6 months and the former tenant was a ‘light’ smoker. The house smelled so foul I couldn’t move in. I paid 2 different companies to get the smell out of the house. It was ‘better’, but still smelled like something had died. Initially I thought a crime scene company was a little strange, but I had tried everything and everyone else and still the horrible foul odor. Not to mention that I am extremely allergic to practically everything, especially smoke. Dale and Barb came, treated the cigarette smoke, plus Dale discovered the 2nd company who came to ‘deep’ clean had left 7 cups full of white vinegar on all my high up ledges that I didn’t know about. Had it not been for Crossroads, I can only imagine how much more I would have spent on getting the vinegar odor out that I didn’t know about. It was worth ten times more than I paid! These folks went over and above the guide lines of business. They not only took control of the scene for clean up and removal, they stayed with the job until all loose ends were taken care of. After the remains were cleaned up, it was discovered there was a cat (pet) still in the house. Dale went by every other day to feed and water the animal until we could get back to the house to retrieve it. This poor animal was not use to people and would hide every time someone came in, so it had to be trapped. To find a trap, get it to the scene, catch the cat and come back to remove the animal took several weeks, and during all this time, both Dale and Barbara patiently went by and made sure it had food and water. We live in Waco, they live in Duncanville, and the house was in North Dallas. Now I don’t know too many people that would go out of their way to do such a favor. Excellent work. We had a mysterious skunk odor in a newly constructed home and we could not get it out. Crossroads came out and found the offending dead skunk (built into a wall of the home) and then totally removed the smell. Highly recommended for any odor removal or mystery problem. Rob

These people are above and beyond ratings. My family lives in Ohio and to be able to trust someone in Texas and in our time of need was very reassuring. They picked me up at the airport which was at least 65 miles away, fed me and offered any help and assistance that I might need during my stay. If I ever needed anything, Dale and Barbara Rollins were the right people to go to. They have a ton of connections, and can get you to the right person and a person you can trust. At a very difficult time for my brother and I, they truly were a blessing. Dale and Barbara were the answer to prayers we had not even been able to pray yet. Very caring and compassionate. Dale and Barbara helped my family and I during the most difficult time of our lives. My step dad committed suicide in his and my mom’s room. My children’s father was found dead from a stroke and had been in the house for several days. We called Barbara & Dale and they left the Haltom City area that had been hit by a tornado and came to help us. They cleaned up the room he was in and when we didn’t know how we were going to pay for the services, they were very giving. There are angels here on earth! Being the only child of a single father’s suicide was so difficult for me. I knew that I couldn’t go into the same room where my father died. Dale and Barbara were called to the scene and handled EVERYTHING for me. I never had to see or experience any bad memories that I wouldn’t be able to get out of my mind.
